RECRUITMENT, ASSESSMENT AND SELECTION PROCESS  
Notify applicants when they are selected to participate in assessments or selection processes that accomodations are available upon request in relations to the processes or materials being used.Completed. Message included in interview guides as a reminder to ask if accomodations are required. 
   
If there is a request, the employer shall consult with the applicant and provide or arrange for the provision of suitable accomodation.

Individualized emergency response information is shared with the person(s) designated by the employer to provide assistance to the employee, with the consent of the employee who requires assistance.

Employers that use redeployment shall take into account the accessibility needs of employees with disabilitieisd as well as individual accomodation plans.Completed 
This accessibility plan will be reviewed and updated if required every five years at a minimum.
